Using a signature version of the Pilates Reformer, fittingly referred to as the sculpdformer, the instructors deliver a full-body workout that creates toned, lean physiques without putting too much strain on your joints and muscles.
The piece of equipment helps to keep your movements controlled, offering resistance that builds muscle even as you move slowly.
